Obituary

Merilyn Adams Hale, Age 65, of Nashville, TN, passed away on June 10, 2025.

Preceded in death by her father, James Douglas; mother, Geraldine Adams; and brother, Jerry Adams.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Hale; daughters, McKenzie (Garrett) Gregory, Macy (Nathan) Perry, and Moriah “Cassidy” (Rickey) Castorena; grandchildren, Braxton Gregory, Beckham Gregory, and Selah Perry; step-mother, Judy Adams; sister, Carolyn (Eddie) Smart; her dog, Stitch, and numerous loved extended family.

A Visitation will be at NorthField Church, 2100 Nashville Pike in Gallatin, TN, on Friday, June 13 from 5:00-8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00-11:00 AM. A celebration of Life will take place at the Northfield on Saturday, June 14 at 11:00.

Merilyn was a woman who lived her life walking with the Lord, raising her family with love, and doing it all with a smile on her face. Her laughter was contagious and would always fill the room. Her zest for life and caring nature were a blessing to all who knew her.

The family requests that everyone wear bright, vibrant colors to honor the vibrancy of Merilyn’s life. Pastor Tom Hadden and brother Haden Bawcum will be officiating the service.

If you do send flowers, the family would prefer no roses.

A private burial will be held at Larkspur Conservatory.
